This presentation described Lesson Study—a structured, collaborative professional development approach to supporting instructors' improvement of learning in classrooms. Presenters shared experiences and findings from a research project on the implementation of Lesson Study among developmental mathematics faculty at three community colleges. They also discussed the feasibility of Lesson Study as a strategy for professional development in higher education.
